Tom Bannen Chevy Sold us a piece of junk, then without our permission ran our credit report everyday as we wanted out of the piece of junk Madison, Tennessee
On April 6th 2012 we went afterhours to look at vehicles for sale as we had a received a pre-approved loan for Tom Bannen. We got out to look at a Ford F150 that my husband liked, Sandy Calvert a salesman came walking up to us. We explained to him that we had received a pre-approved offer and just wanted to see what vehicles were available. Sandy said ok lets go inside and see what the price of the truck is and what we can do. So we went inside to his office started filling out the paperwork and he came back and said we could get the truck for this price at this interest rate. I said no thats way to expensive and I wanted a better interest rate. So we and Sandy went back and forth several times, when he came back in his office for the last time and told the final price of the truck and our interest rate I again said that is way to expensive, he slammed his hand and the paperwork down on his desk and screamed that was the best he could do. I proceeded to walk out of his office to leave and he stood in the doorway and said no you are not leaving you came here to buy a truck. Long story short we went ahead under alot of pressure and intimadation and bought the truck. Two weeks later we went back to the dealership and wanted to get out of the vehicle and get in something else as we were having mechanical problems and they had not fixed the drivers seat. They said the finance company wouldn't do anything until we had made a couple of payments and to come back in two months. They called and said they had found a finance comp that was going to work with us, but then mysteriously they had changed their mind? For almost the next two months they ran our credit report and applied us to the same finance company everyday, ruining our credit score. They have been extremely rude, foul language, dishonest, and unwilling to cooperate or work with us.
