I own several new Cadillac’s; I purchased one car from this dealership. Never do business with them I have 2 major issues in regards to 2 separate incidents on different days. Here are the facts
Nov 2013
Had a rim issue on a 2011 Cadillac CTS V
I called the parts department was referred to John in the "vogue department inside the dealership" he quoted me 500 for a new rim to replace a cracked one, I asked to make sure is that a new rim and he said yes. I ordered it over the phone I texted him pictures of the rim to make sure we got the right one i.e. was told within 2 days the rim would be in.
I called at 2 days, keep in mind the car was not drivable no return call, called the next day oh it will here by Friday 2 more days. Friday comes still no rim. Now he says Monday, great Monday the rim comes in. I go to pick it up and open the box and to my surprise it’s a chrome polished rim, right rim wrong color.
I’m started to get a little frustrated John says he will rush a replacement, after 3 days a new rim comes in. Understand this car from the factory his black metallic almost grey and black with metallic flacks. When the rim comes in they didnt want to not show me the rim just put in my car, since I had a previous issue I wanted to check it and low and behold right rim. Flat black not the series for this car. The guy says take it and put on car since the car is not drivable...I asked again is this new and the guy show me the stamped gm logo and said yes. I pick it up not happy and put in the back of my car. I get home my wife says why do you have black paint all over you? The paint was still wet it got my pants, shirt and leather in my other car all with black paint. I was furious.
So I call the guy swears it’s new from gm., I have put on car(discount tire showed me it was used and runs in the paint) and drive down to dealership to show them. rim the paint sprayed on was runs in it and chips on it obviously it was used but John from Vogue told me it was new until I told him I was recording the conversation, which I did and abruptly his story changed. He then went on to tell me the color of my other 3 wheels they told me I would have to repaint all the other rims to match since it’s not factory color. But to my surprise the 2014 Black CTS V on the floor was set up with the original colors as well.I went around and around about the color and gave up.
I ended up to repaint all the wheels the dealership did a bad job. They are not the factory color with all the metallic. When i came to pick it up I noticed a new 2014 same car same rims on the showroom. go figure didnt match my car as promised...
2nd issue

I got a flat hit my fault a pothole
Pushed ONSTAR "which I pay for"
They said no problems we will send truck, got Tom Peacock on the line
Garth (most dishonest guy I have ever met (stripped my lugs must of had the wrong size socket it rounded the edges nuts)of came out and said no worries we will throw a spare on the car I wanted to be towed to discount tire I recently replaced all new tires on the car.
I told him I had warranty he said no worries hell order a new tire don’t worry about it...Cadillac will match the price. The next day he calls, tries to tell me he can’t get the tire and the right tire will cost $683 plus the rim is bent I will need to pay 200 to fix it. so 800 to 900.
Since my previous run in with them I thought to myself "SCAM alert" I called discount THAT were extremely professional they said MR Chad we can get a replacement for the same price as before for 280. Of course I want the tires to match same brand ETC...When I called Garth back and told him my decision I asked them to bring my tire and rim to discount they refused so I went to get it from them. The Garth guy said he doesn’t get paid unless I get services and began to become very rude with me.
Next problem Discount said it would take 2-3 days to get a tire
I began getting calls from Garth threating me to bring the dealerships rim back I told him the situation and he became angry... I told him I would bring it back promptly when the tire came in and initially he said that was okay. I own a company which requires travel I was gone for 3 days. I got threats every day on my Voicemail.
When I got off the plane I was shocked that Tom Peacock "Garth" had called the sheriff. The deputy called and LM. I dropped everything to resolve this matter thankfully my tire came in from discount I had the rim back to them in several hours. And no surprise my rim was fine I didn’t need to fix anything. Another lie.
I talked with Service manager Chuck Cutwright and in a long conversation he told me he didn’t care if I was happy or not because he didn’t think I would do business with them again.
Shame on General Motors, Chuck Cutwright, Tech Garth and "John in Vogue" and General Manager Steve Hainline
When I talked to Steve Hainline the General Manager, he told me would resolve, look into and follow up with me. I’m not shocked this man didn’t follow up with me either...

Misrepresented the replacement part which was used not new
Lied about the original rims where not factory colors
Tires not being right for my car so I needed to replacement of tire with a different brand
Laid to bait and switch me to take my car / rim to them
Lied to me about the rim needing repairs
Lied to me about following up with me
I’m left with a car with incorrectly painted rims for the high end specialty car. I have paint on my clothes and in my car. Which I will lose value in both cars. Paint doesn’t come off leather. I feel lied to, mislead and violated with calling the police. I would recommend NO ONE to do business with this Shady Company.
