I ordered a riding mower from Tool Mall Express on 6/7/2018. Funds came out of my Mastercard account on 6/8/2018. I have emailed the customer service department 18 times to request them to resend my mower & they agreed to resend it, but they have not done so as of today 8/7/2018.

I have all correspondence saved. There is no address information, telephone numbers or any other way to communicate with them other than the email address I have. I am now requesting a complete refund for the mower.
