Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Me and my family moved from Brooklyn Ny to Raleigh Nc. The Company is very Unprofessional they didn't deliver on time and they wanted to come whenever they want to, all day waiting for them and finally they deliver some stuff was in bad shape. They ruin some furniture because they didn't take the screws properly. They stole new sheets that was stored on one of the drawers never appeared. One or 2 boxes of good t- shirts that I bought on vacation on Montreal Ca were stolen, nice nike, montreal grand prix, ny yankees kind of stuff they took the stupid punks... Ohhh my remote tv control never appeared...

Everything had to go for storage and that was the problem. We paid them 4,600.00 for nothing. They don't even take care of the employees they have. Never called back or responded to the messages that we left. At least I was expecting they have the professionalism to accept that this happened but they're retarded bunch of punk kids that don't know about the business.

They belong to a Mental institution. I'm so pissed to the fact that they think we're stupid but you'll regret this I assure you that...

Dear Louise, Linda, and Gabriel, I am sorry to hear that your recent move did not go as well as you expected. I strongly feel that we can resolve this discrepancy. I want to assure you that none of your belongings were stolen, and any minimal damage that you might have was not done intentially. Gabriel, in the second paragraph of your first post you say "everything had to go for storage and that was the problem." What do you mean by saying that? The temporary in transit hold in storage was requested by you and Louise for the first phase of the move. Their were two separate pick up date's and the first portion was to be held in storage until the second portion was picked up and then sent to North Carolina together in the same truck, and delivered to the same home. Gabriel, you also state "We paid them 4,600.00 for nothing". Your mother in law paid $4,610.00 for a professional move ( 2 On-site estimates at 2 separate locations the same day, one for yourself and Linda and one for your mother in law Louise. 2 separate pick up dates which were both on time, professional crews at origin and destination, full packing of all household furnishings, cartons, a full itemized inventory on both pick up's, storage and exclusive use of a truck with expedited service.) Gabriel, three years prior to this move, we moved Louise locally within Brooklyn N.Y. and she was very satisfied with our services, and I believe that was one of the factors in which she decided to use our services again. Linda's belonging's were sheduled to be picked up first and held in storage as per her request until her mothers were picked up and then sent down together as a combined shipment. Lida's belonging's were picked up on 07/23/04 and held in storage until Louise's shipment was picked up on 08/13/04. On the delivery sheet that Louise filled out, she put down that she could not receive the delivery earlier than 08/18/04. The truck was sent out within reasonable dispatch time, and the delivery was made on 08/19/04. We called when the shipment was on the way and the driver called to advise Linda of when he would be arriving. The bottom line is that we did in fact deliver on time and in good spirits. I would like you to give me a call as soon as possible, because I would like to take care of this matter personally. Despite Gabriel's negative post, you deserve only the best treatment, I have met all of you, and you are all good people, including Gabriel. Im my eyes, your move is not completed until every effort has been made to satisfy you. We would like to add you to our list of satisfied customers for the second time around. Thank You.

Hello to Gabriel and to everyone viewing my post. I'd like to begin by saying that I never thought my company would be posted on this website, the reason being is that we have and hold a very good name and reputation. I was shocked when I saw my name on this site, but I think that this is a misunderstanding. Don't get me wrong every business get's complaint's, especially mover's. It's resolving the complaint in a timely fashion and that's what count's. That is a key factor in having longevity in business, in any aspect of life. When we receive complaint's they are handled effeciently, and to our client's satisfaction. We offer a quick response and resolution. I take my job very seriously and take great pride in servicing the public. We have been in business since 1995 and have hundred's if not thousands of recommendation letters to back up our reputation. Unfortunatly I have no record of moving a Gabriel this year or last, to Raleigh, North Carolina, but if and so I did move you please refrain from libel or any defamation or derogatory remarks on any and all message boards and to the public in general. Kindly give me a call and please address any question's or concern's that you might have in regard to your move and I assure you that this matter will be resolved amicably, and to your satisfaction. In my company no complaint will go unanswered or unresolved. I hope this post is not from my competition, if it is you are waisting your time, my time, and the readers time and business must be slow for you. If not I will be expecting a call from Gabriel. Thankyou.
