Top Rank Appliance Repair Jim Cater Bryan Christopher Moon Top Rank Appliance Repair, Appliance Repair top rank came to my home to repair my samsung refrig. charged $110.00 & $68.00 for labor & parts than we still had the same problem top rank came out again this just charged us for the new part $61.00 then cashed our check and now we can't get them to call us back or come back to put the new part in. Vancouver B.C.

top rank appliance or whoever they are, came out to repair our samsung refrig. rop rank showed up late, very hard to get them on the phone, finally showed up said they needed a check for the part only. we gave them a check for $68. top rank after a week of missed calls and messages showed repaired the fridge and collected another check for $110.00.
late that day we still had the same problem with our fridge, another long process of contacting top rank they came out again this time collected a check for the new part $61.00 cashed it same day and have made contact with top rank twice and were assured top rank would be at our 7am the next day no show twice. now top rank never returns our calls. i went to their address and they dont even exist!
