We lost a great deal of money to Torsten Klasen of LEXCOAT who sold us what was supposed to be an industry leading, commercial grade “white roof” but then applied nothing other than white latex paint which not only meant we had to pay to have the entire roof done again but also caused further damages and significant losses.
Torsten is the worst kind of criminal and will cheat anyone who he can make a dollar off of, no matter who that person or organization may be; it’s not beyond him to scam a church or elderly person if he sees the opportunity. This man would steal from his own mother, brother, sister or child. He has no conscious, morals or values. All he cares about is making a quick buck and moving on to his next victim. He just closes one company after another as soon as the lawsuits start rolling in and moves on to his next similar scam, which is never far from the previous.

As of late 2017 Torsten and his wife are currently involved in a new company called CPS Construction Ltd., which is also marketed under several other related names including CPS Construction Painting. Beware of this man, his affiliates and his past record. He is a narcissitic, pathalogical liar and cannot be trusted. If he has already preformed any work for you please do yourself a favour and consult a certified expert to conduct an independent inspection.

Torsten, after many years of being away from your crazy antics it comes to pass that you’re using my name to suggest some type of slanderous commentary against you and your so called legitimate business interests. I would like to clearly state that there is no truth to the comments you have alleged against me. Please remove my name from anything that could ever be seen as being in any way associated with the likes of you or anyone that may be associated with you !

I would like to start off by politely requesting that the writer of the false report provide his or her name to me direct to my contact information I have provided. This is slander and defamation of myself, my company and any employees. This accusation is cowardly and ignorant. To make false statements and not want to be known as the person reporting this false accusation can only mean one thing. You do not have any facts about any events of any sort. You make broad statements that sound like you are aggressively vindictive but will coward behind a keyboard. I am not afraid if truth so please when you find the time (Todd J. Burns) write back to me and we can go from there. If you are a direct victim of my alleged actions than please file a report with thevWindsor Police or file a claim in small claims court or in SuperiorbCourt of Justice of Ontario. Outside of that you are slandering my name and I will hold you accountable, both criminally and civily in a court of law. It's simple. File a claim and then I can defend myself against your false claims. Sue me for $500,000.00 or more or charge me with something but dont hide behind a keyboard with no name. I await your response. Hi my name is Torsten Klasen and I am the owner of CPS Construction and have been for many years. I also have another company that I have had for over 20 years and still have. Both my companies are open and current. I would challenge the writer to contact me (Todd Burns) and provide proof of any wrongdoing on my part for any contract I have ever signed.
The allegations are 100% incorrect and untrue, they have absolutely no basis other than slander because of jealousy and anger. The writer of this report has stolen my "LexCoat" .com identity and then tried to sell it back to me if I did not go after him. This has now gone far enough and I will now file suit against this writer and hold him responsible to deliver the facts of what he claims.
Writing things like this will always create doubt on the reader and will always leave a scar of some sort. Anyone that reads this about me I ask you to contact me direct and ask me as many questions as you like and I will provide proof in paperwork and timeline of who the writer is and how this started. This is simple slander and is and will be punishable by a court.
I am still in business and have been for 38 years. I have had thousands of customers and some were not happy due to circumstances that usually stem from customers being over their head with costs or miscalculations updating what things cost. I have built over 4,000 homes and numerous commercial projects including 4 World Gyms.
2 in Windsor and 1 in London Ontario and 1 in Stratford. I have current business accounts and have a clean record. These false writings are nothing more than someone trying to do as much damage as possible in an enonymous fashion. If the writer is so right, I would challenge him to provide his name as the plaintiff in this report instead of hiding behind a keyboard.
This world has become nothing more than a bunch if people looking to damage someone else reputation because they fall short of working hard themselves. Shamefull behavior. TO THE WRITER: PLEASE POST YOUR NAME AND CONTACT INFORMATION FOR 2 REASONS.
1. SO THAT ANYONE ELSE THAT IS LOOKING TO DO BUSINESS WITH ME CAN CONTACT YOU AND GET ACTUAL PROOF.
