Total creation web design Paid them had no Ecommerce shop just a front page!!!!!! SCAMMERS DO NOT TOUCH THEM AM NOW TAKING THEM TO COURT!!!!! london, Internet
I paid them 6 months ago for Ecommerce site instead of weeks it took this long here is a copy of my last emails to them to show you what they did to me:
I am requesting our money back as you did not provide an commerce site just basically a front page!! And tried to leave us to finish the site!!
I have since had a professional designer look into the site with my login details and he has told me joomia is NOT meant for an Ecommerce shop and that the codes showed NO SEO codes as is advertised etc and this was a unprofessional job and is prepared to stan up in court and say that!!
We have now paid him to do this PROFESSIONALLY AND PROPERLY which has been done in less than two weeks for a FULL SITE not just a front page!!
We want this RESOLVED ASAP or we are taking you to court 100%
I would like a reply straight away please, or tomorrow we shall be filling in the forms for court!!

THEY WOULDNT GIVE A REFUND SO THIS WAS MY LAST EMAIL AND I WILL BE SEEING THEM IN COURT!!!!!!!!

Ok thats fine we will be proceeding with court tomorrow then,I approved the template as the front page of site, not another 30 odd blank pages to do myself!! My designer has also copied all info you done on it including the code foe seo which was supposed to be done but he said you hadnt, I am happy and confident to take this to court. As for helping me I have the emails here where I asked you for help with no replies you never addressed the issues just 2 word answers. I am contacting WATCHDOG now and trading standard etc, I have all the proof needed in emails etc and what should of been done and my web designer to stand up and tell the judge and watchdog and trading standard the proof he has when he went inside the site and what he found and didn't find!!
So I take this isn't going to be resolved by you, its too late to offer help now!! The site as been REDESIGNED PROPERLY which WE HAVE HAD TO PAY OUT FOR AGAIN!! you have cost us 6 MONTHS OF TRADING so that will also be sued for.
I hope you will resolve this with us today, but im not holding my breath. Im not letting this matter go so if you do not resolve this today I will see you in court shortly which wont be good for your business but you had to chance to right it with a refund.
