Total Marketing Group, Deceptive practices with mail fraud and no fulfillment on cruise certificates whatsoever Ripoff Arden Hills Minnesota
Total Marketing Group, Inc mails out fraudulent post cards in the US mail. You receive a postcard, call a 800 number and then book an appointment to view a timeshare. The value of the gifts are at high end values that do not exist.
You get a travel or cruise certificate that you will end up paying well over in misc. fees. You can go online and book it yourself for cheaper.
These are not valued gifts for viewing timeshares, when you pay more then what you can on the web or travel agency. These are deceptive practices to fool the consumer. If the consumer knew up front, they would not go.
Also, when having certificates issues, Total Marketing Group, Inc. chooses to ignore them until they must respond.
All certificates are based on breakage and are NOT fulfillable. Beware when sending any money for travel certificates, you may not get it back.
Total Marketing Group, Inc. also mails out a $200.00 gift check that is worthless. From the BBB standpoint, it has no merit. You will chose an item and then have to pay shipping & handling. When you get your item it will not be what you ordered. Then you can not get your money refunded unless you ship the item back.
When purchasing the cheap items from Total Marketing Group, Inc. to return them costs the same as the said item. Therefore, Total Marketing Group, Inc. banks on people not requesting a refund.
Beware when doing any business of any nature with Total Markeitng Group, Inc. out of Minnesota.
