Total Visa Zenith Aquisition This was a secured credit card backed by my money (savings) I am sure with the interest they made they were paid off. Because they wont let you go over the credit limit which was either $400or $500 d Amherst, New York
This company has reported me to all three credit bureaus Total Visa who sold the account to Zenith Acquisition in 2007. I never opened an account with them in 2007, this is fraudulent. Further more when I opened the account it was in 2002 or 03 it was secured, with a $400 or $500 and you know they wont let you go over your credit line. My money earned interest so why is it a collection account when it was secured by my money? I want this account removed from all three credit reporting agencies, this is fraud.
