7 days ago my phone ended up with a locked Sim card And puk locked again.I called TW ,then put a $25 card on the phone but it still wouldn't work,so I ended up having to replace the Sim with expedited shipping. 7 Days later I have been getting the run-around. I was told I would get a refund but have not.Tonight I put minutes $35 on my son's phone and changed his number.I tried to make a call and got the purchase a calling pin, your phone is not activated message.Now I have a byod card and service card which says used because the service took the minutes and failed to activate.
