After filing a complaint with the BBB in Salt Lake, Touchfons collection manager Linda Smith refused to fully eliminate the charges against me and refused to expunge my credit record of defamitory information. Basically, she told me on the phone that "It is not our Touchfon's) policy to contact customers even if their credit cards have been declined. We have found that if we put it (an alleged debt) on the customer's credit rating, they will pay us". Touchfon is attempting to extort money from me by using intimidation tactics. Watch out!
