Darica you are the one who first said if the job didnt work then we would have 90 days to return the pots and void the contract. You are the one who sold the pots to began wiht to me. as well as others in the same place i am plus chip is blaming you saying you are the one who sold it not him and that is per Townecraft and out of his mouth but like i told him yes i first heard it from you but then he said it a the italian resturant meeting before the convention like within the first 2 weeks of hire. Plus i busted my butt and got 12k in sales in 3 weeks was promised a air filter and got nothing because i supposely didnt qualify because i wasnt at the convention instead i was having my baby by c section but that was still a lie bc per corp i was suppose to get it. LIES LIES LIES You are one in the same with CHip and no better. I am not the only person hurt by you guys.. We all have proof so stop telling lies you dont believe you self. its all lies. You guys arent even suppose to pay the down payment for people but you do just as you promise buyers giftcards but only give them to the ones you want to. oh i have proof on that too. i have verified all the lies with corp and you guys are conducting the business all wrong. NO YOU DONT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH WHAT HE DOES BECAUSE YOU ARE PART OF IT.

I know of a few individuals who complained about the company and I believe other wise. I work for this company under Chip Watkins and never experienced such that was said. These individuals come to the company and expect to be handed money that is promised without following rules and actually working. If you buy in the company you are expected to pay for the product regardless. I dont think they realized what was expected from them and they had an misunderstanding of what was expected. Many have had wonderful experiences with this product.

I had a similar experience. I am also a student at Campbell University, a school with a great reputation for their law program. I do not want to let him get away with this, and will be talking to some of my professors. If any of you have any evidence of what occured, it would be really helpful. TIA P.S. I know I am supposed to file my own report not add on to this one, but I am a little busy right now studying for finals, actually, my business law class which resulted in some hard feelings for MR. Watkins.

I to fell to this man. He promised all this stuff including returning the cookware to giving giftcards to couples we cook for and a commission for refferals. Well he has done nothing! He owes me money still and my family gift cards I too tried to return my cookware but no go with the NJ office. I agree with the other person the company is letting this man take advantage of people everyday. I am positive his region collections are HIGH! People still call in regards to his false promises and refuse to pay until he does and the company is the ultimate one who suffers! They need to fire Mr. Watkins before a lawsuit developes.

I know this one delaer is ripping people off. He uses this part time job as a tactic of getting buyers. I was hired and told I had to buy the cookware to be a cook but I could return it if it didnt work out. Corp. said there is not a return program plus I made them aware that this dealer was paying all the down payments for customers and running the aprt time job scam. There reply was he is a independent contractor and they take no responsibility in what he is doing to people. Military families and all. I am not saying the main office is a scam but they are allowing this guy to do this to people so they are equally responsilbe if you ask me and trust I am not the only vict.!!!!

I worked for Townecraft for over 20 years. I personally know the president, vice-president, and southeastern regional trainer. These 3 men have the highest integrity of anyone I know. Most people who work for Townecraft were customers first. They buy the cookware, like it and then decide to sell it. It is possible that someone could answer an ad for employment and be taken advantage of. Not knowing the dealer or the person who filed complaint, I would have a hard time saying if it did or didn't happen. All I can say is that Townecraft has the best cookware on the planet, is ran by top notch management, and wouldn't stand for the tactics that were alleged.
