placed an order that took weeks longer to be delivered to my address. when the order did arrive, i only recieved one third of it, the rest was either suppose to be delivered in two weeks or a cash refund by what the invoice packing slip said, i never saw either. i still email and call them, with no response to the company. i had a couple of times recived a email that said, "how may i help you" thats all. i've begged for my stuff or cash and i never recieved anything. help me please.

I Have called Toyglobe for 3 Months and going on now, they have not return a call or have not return an email from me besides just reponding saying "how may i help you" ?. they have all they technical stuff from my order like the order number an also what number of the items and inventory items they list them as, nothing, my orginal report does say that they wont return messages or calls, this is where i next came to.

I work at a company where I handle refunds, emails are usually backed up and take a little bit longer to sort out. I would stronly recommend getting into touch with the following number to get your issue resolved, 514.332.8699 that's the number to Toy Globe. Explain the situation and I'm sure they'll make it right.
