You have to look at the evidence: 1) The consumer initiated conversation with an employee of Toys R US who too thought that the trains in question were on sale. 2) The brand of the train was in smaller print than the rest of the font. 3) All the trains were in the same section with the sign in between them all. 4) To resolve the situation the store should have given the trains at the same price!!!!!!

You should read all ads on circulars very carefully. ToysRUs didnt rip you off, not their fault that you cant read. You mentioned yourself that it stated it in the ad upon closer inspection. Why did you not exchange the item for the right ones when you relized the mistake. It sounds like you bought them just because they where on sale. Your complaint doesnt hold water IMO.
