Tracey Pearson She sells customers broken kitchen appliances but in her description and if ask she says everything is in good working condition and nothing is broken. She uses UPS to ship electronic products so s , Internet
I bought an item from Tracey Pearson on ebay. I was told by her that everything works well and no problems. Well, when I received my Espresso Machine it was broken in several pieces and it did not work at all. It is no way I could have use that machine how damaged it was. I emailed her and she said sorry. She blamed UPS for breaking this product. Now she is trying to file a claim with UPS , so they will pay her and trying to get me to return the machine without giving me my money back. I told her I want a refund. She refuses to answer anymore of my email and questions. I know it is not UPS fault. Before I bought this item, she had another customer complained to her about a broken item. When I seen this other customer comment. I immediately contacted her and asked her if there were any problems with this machine. She stated "oh no , everything works well , and nothing is broken" . She lied and is scamming people to get their money. Just look at her ebay name. That is why I wasn't too sure about her at first. But I gave her chance since she was a new seller. But, who knows she could have just started a new account because of issues she has had in the past with customers. My point is, one should be honest to the customers. Don't lie to them. This is important this give us the opportunity to make the decision if we want a product or not base on the condition. If I knew beforehand this product was in such awful condition. I would not even bought it. Sometimes she sell clothes also. Watch out for her she is a scam artist and she will lie to you too.
