Yup, just like others have stated, when I switched from one tracfone to another I expected my minutes, data and text would transfer also. Well it didn't happen, in fact the person I chatted with, Aeon quoted me the 238 minutes plus more than that in texts which I paid extra for.
That was the insult, the injury came when they said I used up everything, so I'm lying. What kind of accounting do they have when I pay tracfone directly and they can't find my minutes or WON'T find them.
I think they don't want to honor the triple minute program anymore. If that's so, fine, but be upfront about it and say so. Don't accuse your customers of being stupid or crooked. Whatever happened to the customer is always right?

I tried several ways to connect with the link you provided me, and got NOWHERE, which is where I get every time I contact tracfone. First of all, WHO ARE YOU?? are you accounting? customer service? What???
I hear the same response each time I explain what happened, that I talked for four hours to burn up my minutes, texted over 500 texts and used up at least 450 MB of data in the course of one weekend.
Yeah, I must have had my phone on hold for four hours, and ro-bo texted 500 plus texts.
My service end date is 2020, and Hell will freeze over before I add another minute to my account. That's almost three years, look at the money you're gonna make off me.
