TracFone Sell the cell phone activation card which is impossible to use. System is not working ripoff Raleigh North Carolina
I purchased cell phone NOKIA 1100 to be used with prepaid air time. Each time was very difficult to add the air time. Last time 3 days ago I spend $20 for the card and the message "system unavailable - try later appears in the phone screen. I have made several unsuccessfull attempts to add air time, than contacted by e-mail Trac Fone customer service. They try too explain the problem but do not made any solution. Last e-mail ask about some numeric code, which I have mailed back to them. Thts it.
Why they selling such junk? It is a Rip-off and this company should be closed !
