Complaint Review: Tracy Randall - New York New York

 I met Tracy in 2007 on MySpace. He asked me to represent him when he released Sinners Have Soul Too. He told me he was a livensed and admitted to the NY bar. Um EVERYTHING he told me for 120 years is a lie. I went to bat for him and went against people as he had my complete trust and loyalty. I managed multiple people back then. In 2014 Tracy and I reconnected. He found me on social media. He updated me on all his success in business. He claimed to own intellectual property in the form of Artificial Intelligence.

I work in film and telivision. Tracy said he managed a fund for Carmello Anthony, and others. Um he forgot Melo and I are acquainted. I never would have looked into his background but for no reason he blocked me on Facebook and attempted to delete anyone associated with me. Rewind: maybe because he promised my client $2.5 Million for a Christian Movie. Had a conference call to confirm. Told everyone Sean Conners who does not exist would draw upband get to him. Never saw agreements. Then I introduced him to a major film writter who's filma grossed over $450M.

They were to meet in LA. However, Tracy's M. O. is to never confirm. Always getting back to you and never cinfirming. I knew something was up when I requested a meeting via Amy.xi and he responded he would get with me when he was ready. Refused to update usvand always somthing going on and he lies so much he cant keep up with the truth. To respond to the Kevin Hart project. Kevin was never attached. He never attaches without money. Steve Cohen hisvagentvwould neverballiw that. But Tracy scammed those producers and said they were too difficult.

He will probably say that about me or my client. He stops responding to calls or emails. My client was in New York a few weeks ago to take his wfebto a play for her birthday. Tracy got scared because that 5th Avenue address is a mailbox. The other other address was fake too. I met Michael Gruber who is the realtor and bldg manager. There has never been a Randalls Lawfirm PC in his building. He forgot he emailed me them fake Ny Bar Association searches. I screenshot any adobe acrobats and download becausevit was not attached.

The bar said he's NOT an attorney by any of the names he gave me. I wll upload all proof from all bar assns. I had every state checked. He never attended NYU. Verified that as well. I can go on and on but I am going to let the A.G office handle. Unlike him I did go to law school. I am not an attorney. However, I am smarter than this 5th Grader. He never should have played with me. I retained 2 attorneys today. Fyi. Its not slander if its true! So run because we coming and the jig is up.

No Grammy nominations for you...lol i actually am a member. Checked 10 years. He not listed. Folks he Catfished mevand multitudes of others. He better go crawl under thst rock because I am calling every exec I know and he eill be oudhing CDs out of a crate. Wrong chick Tracy Randall....lmao Imma make this go viral..oh and I have the$$ for my client. Thank God I didn't just depend on you. Do not do business with this man. He sent my former client a $28K bill. Guess he thought he would pay him so he could give this proder his money. The Producer and anyone else who ready to stop the insanity should contact me.

 He stated he was doing a movie with Kevin hart in atlanta. Well, I was with Kevin at the opening of Central Intelligence and I asked him about the movie and he doesn't have a clue what I was talking about. Then I got signed on to United talent agency...that's where kevin is represented and I had asked his agent about the movie and he doesn't have a clue about it. Kimberly Johnson...Tracy's so called assistant emailed me 3 times and after I called tracy out for his con, no email reply. She said "the movie is paid for and is works"... I live in Atlanta and not one media publication has been put out for this so called movie. He was looking for casting and a friend of mine contacted me. 10000000% fraud.

Please contact the bank in which you used to transfer as well as the

bank that held the deposit and initiated an internal investigation.

What Mr Randall is doing In the US is considered Federal Bank fraud and is Federal crime.

I see that he is doing a concert in Charlotte, North Carolina coming soon.

I'd contact the administrator of the event and tell them about whats happened to you

IMMEDIATELY call the Attorney generals office

State Bar New york office of the court administration - (212)428-2800

Then go to the police in your area and file a complaint. have them send it to the New York State Police

to investigate! Even if you are out of the country you can make a complaint and have them give u a copy you 

can send it to the New York State Police. Post it on other complaint boards

FILE A LAWSUIT IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT - PUT HIM IN JAIL FOR FRAUD

I can also attest to the other 2 people who reported this con-artist Tracy Randall. I am so happy that people are finally starting to come out and expose this FRAUD. This guy also got me for some money 10 years ago by telling me and dozens of others aspiring artists and producers that he was some Grammy nominated artist and songwriter and that he had a label and all these connections. EVERYTHING WAS A LIE. He doesnt have a single credit or achievement in the music industry. HE also makes up excuses such as the terminal cancer excuse to buy time and hide the money he stole from you.

For a few years we went along and believed everything he said until coindicentally one day we ran into and met another artist he was "dealing with". Once we spoke and exchanged stories, everything began to expose itself. We were duped and tricked out of our money, hard work, and dreams of making it in the music industry.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SCAMMER, FRAUD, CON-ARTIST AND KNOWN CHEAT!!!!!!!

 This guy is a total liar! He makes up stories & makes himself out to be something he is not! I don't have a clear understanding to his motives but be careful if you are in any kind of business with this man! He claims to have millions of dollars but I'm sure that's false! He claims to be a lawyer but there is no track record of him (only what he's posted online himself).. He claims to be a record label owner but there's no track record of that either!! What we have here is a total fraud!! I think he is at the point to where he believes his own lies! He is a great liar!! Be careful!! I have a family member that I'm very close to who dealt with this guy & I've personally heard conversations between the two of them so I know for a fact this guy is a liar!! Con artist - very fast talker!!

The claims, allegations and statements set forth by Mr. Billy Rubin, for the most part, are wholly inaccurate and false.

This firm was be nothing but good to Mr. Rubin for over three years, even when he could not pay for services we continued to represent him.  We never did anything for "Free" as he has alleged in this complaint. He was well aware that all retainers were non-refundable.

Mr. Rubin signed a retainer agreement that governs and procludes him from making such accusations publicly, the remedies that are available to him are clearly laid out in the fully executed retainer agreement.

With regards to his attacks against Dr. Randall as it relates to his faith and medical condition and due to HIPPA laws I can only speak to what is of public knowledge. It saddens me to say that Dr. Randall indeed suffers from a terminal cancer he was diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia and is undergoing a lot of treatments.  

To dispell any rumors Dr. Randall is indeed a Grammy nominated songwriter.  The only thing that rings of truth that was posted by Mr. Rubin.  

This is some sort of witch hunt to assasinate Dr. Randall's reputation as if you do a google search today we have no other complaints but this one from a vidictive and hostile ex-client who has subsequently breached our retainer agreement who in turn owes the firm money.

We are not angry with Mr. Rubin.  I would love to speak with him via telephon at his earliest covenience.
