Trade2get.com Argos Orion Solutions Limited. I invested money but they won't let me make a withdrawal of the balance in my account. other other

Broker called. Told me to invest in binary options. I invested $16,000. He made money for me. Got it up to 37000. I made a small withdrawals. But when I tried to withdraw $15000 they won't give it back. The account says I have 17,700. Broker won't call me back. Support people are not helping me. Money is still there but I can't get it back to my credit card.
