Mr. A, You are obviously quite young. Apparent by your not knowing who these groups are you mentioned. The Doobie Brothers are still around and are a great group. Not relevant, but just a mention. I can't help but wonder why you remain w/ this business. If you are staying to help get some inside scoop, I can appreciate that. However, your last sentence was a disappointment. You indicate you are in it for the money. This question is not meant as an insult, but I have to ask it. How do you sleep at night? After just a week and a half w/ Options Talent, I was so stressed, I couldn't work there one more day. The stress was purely due to my having involved myself w/ a company that, clearly, has no morals or ethics. I had to ask myself, "Can you abandon your morals/ethics in return for possibly making good $$$ in the future?" My answer was, "NO". While you remain w/ Trans Continental, are you busy applying for other positions elsewhere? Or do you think a better paying job is just going to fall in your lap? I realize good jobs are scarce, but they are out there. Since I left Options, it has taken me two months of no employment to find another position, but I am now employed as a substitute teacher. I am so relieved that I stood by my beliefs. It hasn't been easy, but was worth the wait. It really doesn't sound like you are making all that much money there anyway. My advice is, turn and run, or you may end up just as immoral as the rest. They are USING you. A wise woman once said to me, "If you want to be a doormat, you have to lay down." Think about it. Are you standing?
