This company is a total ripoff. I purchased all of their materials in Novemeber 2007. It took them 24 hours to charge my credit card and I have been trying for 7 months to contact them. There are no doctors or hospitals that will take this course as training. They laugh at you when you tell them that this is the course that you have completed. No matter when I call; I have to leave a message no one is in.
Today October 20,2008 I finally got a live person. They have no record of me every purchasing any books or computer programs. She would be glad to send me the information if I would like to take the course. I explained to her that I had already taken the course and that I was not satified and wanted a refund. Again she said that there was no record of me purchasing anything. I then faxed a copy of the paperwork to her (Debbie) and when I tried to call back of course I got the answering machine. I messed up by believing everything that they told me in the beginning I just would like to help someone from making the same mistake.
