So...I've earned an Xbox 360 back in 2008, 6 games and 1 controller since then, received them all...November 18th SAID my game shipped...it's been more than 12 business days now...got this response yesterday "Your game was sent via USPS with tracking number 9102901001563570410376. As the USPS is stating that there is no information on it, we are in the process of determining why. Once we do, further information will be provided. Opening additional tickets is not necessary."

i called my local post office, they told me if was a bad number, not even in their system

TRAINN use to be so good...this is horrible and im doubting i will even get this game, if it comes after christmas, it's no use to me! i thought nov. 18th would be enough time...these people are straight out lying to me and actions will be taken against whomever necessary if this is not resolved...i don't usually make threats but TRAINN has jerked me around for the last time!!!!

The package was deemed as having been lost in transit and a replacement was issued to the user on 12/5/2012 via overnight delivery and delivered on 12/6/2012
