Entered into a lease/purchase contract with this company. I had to travel by rental car from Little Rock Ar to Tucson AZ to pick up my truck, a 2016 Peterbilt 587 that had been dumped there by previous driver. Truck had multiple issues and I was assured by Darin Lewis that Transco lines would make repairs. My first load was a total lie. I was sent to Tonopah AZ supposedly to meet a truck coming out of Riverside CA with mechanical problems. Was a driver that was having family difficulties and she didn't want to run over the road. The load was a team run and was supposed to be in Memphis TN 11pm the next night. Impossible for a solo driver. After two weeks on the road and threatening to quit to get home for time off, I made it home two days late. My first run back out the truck developed a severe exhaust leak that was getting into the cab. I was told to take truck to Peterbilt in Waco TX. Darin Lewis said that they would go ahead and fix all issues with the truck while it was in the shop. The following Monday I was informed by Peterbilt that Transco lines was only willing to pay for exhaust leak to be repaired. Darin Lewis also stated that while my truck was in the shop he would not charge me 2 weekly truck payments. That he would send me to California to recover a truck and charge me nothing to use the truck until mine was repaired. This was all lies. I never was sent any where to pick up a truck and was charged truck payments. I tried to reach out to Brad Heisterkamp (VP of operations) left four voice mails and none were ever returned. I tried to contact David Edge director of capacity and after leaving four voice mails, I was able to make contact with him, but he did nothing. This company wants you to lease purchase their trucks, but they treat you like a company driver. Limiting lease drivers to fueling at Pilot or Flying J. They govern YOUR truck to 68 on cruise and 65 on foot pedal. They claim no force dispatch, but will not offer you loads, only sending load to computer, giving drivers no chance to reject loads. Stay away from this company and DO NOT buy in to their lease purchase scam.
