I had money deducted from my checking account for Refund Recovery Software and I never received a thing.
I tried calling the phone number given on the order conformation and one was no longer in service and the other has a message that the person you are calling is not available and you may talk with a customer service representative by pushing the number 3 on your phone, the line then just hangs up.
I'm mad and would like something to be done, it seems that Federal Express and United Parcel Service could get involved in this sense they were represented in the ad.
