Transmission Citi **DO NOT USE** WARNING**THESE GUYS WERE NOT HONEST WITH ME** Ardmore Oklahoma
They're sales pitch to me was "we buy unused shop time at a discount, and pass that discount to you". This was a lie. They basically keep that discount money for themselves, charging you what it would cost to go to the shop anyway.
They were misleading and when I asked for a quote every part of it was paded and didn't match the shops quote.
I was a gunea pig for signing up a new shop (ATI transmissions) that could do BMW transmissions. It was on the other side of town 20 miles away. I had problems with this shop and the transmission downshifts hard from 3rd to 2nd. The shop told me to have the program reflashed. I paid another $195 for this at the BMW dealer and it did not work. Transmission Citi stopped returning my calls. This work is supposedly warranteed.
$4700 for a rebuilt BMW transmission and it's still not resolved.
