I ordered a free credit report from TransUnion and then added $7.95 to get my score and an analysis. I only got the score. I called customer service and the first person said that I only orderd my score. I found my receipt and it clearly says Credit Score and Analysis... $7.95. I called back and reported this to the next customer service rep. and he said that the analysis had been cancelled. I asked, "By who?" and, "When did it get cancelled?" He didn't answer. I then asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and was on hold for so long that I hung up.

This is extremely poor business practice and just as bad on customer service. Does TransUnion really need $6 more that badly?!
