I booked a hotel stay through Travelocity.  Upon checking out, I discovered that Travelocity had charged me a higher rate for the room than whqt the hotel would have charged.  I was informed by Travelocity that the hotel had "accidentally"  given me the info on the room rate as it was not for the public to know or find out.  Travelocity will only send emails to avoid talking to you because they will only tell lies.  They asked for proof of what the hotel said was the room rate and before I could answer the email, they sent another email saying that they were right in charging what thet did. 

Said it was their "margin"  I had called the hotel to get a copy of my bill, they said they would send it;  its no surprise that they never did.  I can only surmise that Travelocity contacted the hotel and told them what they did.  They let the cat out of the bag.  That makes me know that the hotel is in on this scam also.  Travelocity said they have to "drive business" to the hotel.  The hotel is the Holiday Inn Express.  People, please make your own reservations directly with the hotel to avoid being taken by these scammers.  Travelocity stinks!!!!!
