Travelocity Never book cruise at Travelocity based on promotions Internet
Just a warning to never book a cruise through Travelocity based on any promtions that they are listing. Seems that they made a glich by listing two promotions as included when I was booking and then were further listed in the e-mail documents sent to me.
Basically told by the supervisor that in some fine print buried somewhere on the main website that Travelocity can change any terms and conditions even if was listed incorrectly when booking. Basically any promtion in your documents can be taken away at their discretion......so sorry!
Big surpirse...Travelocity is just another big bussiness with no real customer support. The person I talked to on the phone with before the supervisor was very nice and agreed with me that she would be mad too. I was transfered to the "supervisor" who didn't care and wouldn't even do anything besides just say "I'm sorry". Had no interest in keeping me as a customer. Unfortunately I can't cancel without penalties, otherwsie I would most certainley take my business elsewhere and will be doing so in the furture.
