After getting answer from Travelocity I've contacted Airlines listed on my ticket directly. Both Airlines (Philippine and Continental) had no problem issuing a full refund. The problem is that they cannot do it directly, but Travelocity can process the refund. So the issue still remains, and everything I've said in my report is true. Travelocity DOESN'T WANT TO HELP CUSTOMERS. Don't get me wrong this is not a first time I used this company and I haven't have a problem before. But still they don't care. Also according to Philippine airlines tickets was not issued until next day, so Travelocity could have just cancel my tickets and it wouldn't be a problem at all, but they choose to lie. Once again if you are looking for a good price, call Airline directly. You can use Travelocity to look up flights and than contact the airline with flight numbers listed. Maybe after loosing couple of hundred customers they teach customer service to be more helpful.

Lenny, After reading your report I went to Travelocity's homepage and made a reservation for flights. I will admit I put in random dates and locations. When I got to the final summation page, it listed in very clear and plain language the Rules and Restrictions of the ticket. I have done business w/ Travelocity in the past (and have responded to various posts regarding them), as well as been involved in the travel industry for a while, and there website does always list the terms. If the ticket is a nonrefundable one, then you are obligated to put a checkmark in the box that states roughly that you agree to the following restrictions. Now, if you called w/in 4 hours as you say, the agent could have, depending on the full rules of the ticket, attempted a Void of the ticket (basically making it as if it never was in the eyes of ARC). There might have been other restrictions on the ticket as well (opaque fare, non changeable, etc). There is also the fact that a Void is not something companies advertise, nor is it something that is done frequently.
