TravelSmart Travel Smart Phony Free Cruise Offer Winterhaven, Florida
They send a postcard offering a free cruise if you attend a 90 min presentation. In ordeer to get the free cruise, there is a $98 registration fee. Once you register, I hve been told that there is another fee to actually get the list of available cruises. That fee can be another $79 pp.
