Traxxas RC traxxas Traxxas not owning up to warranty and being cheap McKinney texas
Purchased a 2k rc truck . Been having issues since the beginning of when I purchased it. The truck is suppose to be water proof. It's not water proof got water damage and Traxxas made me pay to shop it to them and for them not to fix it and wanting to charge me . There's a lot more complaints about this company not honoring there warranty. They told me to send in the truck and they would fix it. Now they told them they wouldn't fix it with out a charge. If you look in the internet I'm not the only customer going threw this issue. And this truck is less than a month old.
