This place is seriously overpriced and not worth the cost. I received a new set of gel tips and less than two weeks later had to get them taken off and a fresh new set from a different salon. I was informed that my nails were in such bad shape that a fill in was not possible. Apparently, Tre Nail Salon failed to allow my nails to cure and was why they began cracking and lifting. This was my first time at Tre Nail Spa and highly disappointed and dissatisfied. Although, I can afford to pay $45 for a full set of gel nails plus a $5 tip, I cannot condone sloppy and incompetent work. Failing to allow nails to cure is a crucial albeit simple step in the process and I cannot understand how or why this was not done. I wasted $50, however am going to get my money back using a number of methods including filing a dispute with my credit card issuer.
Do not waste your time or money in this place because you are only paying for their fancy tile, leather chairs, and prestigious address.
I decided to allow Tre Nail Spa due diligence and sent a letter explaining my position and what I expected as a resolution. The "new" manager, James, was very rude and nasty, stated that he did not care what steps I took to get my money back. I am either filing a dispute with my bank or a complaint in Small Claims Court.
A professional and responsible business owner would take personal accountability for the actions of their employees and do the right thing to resolve the issue. Tra My Tran, the owner of Tre Nail Spa is low class and has no class!

People who work in service industries do so because they are uneducated, unskilled and have no manners. They are waiting on other people because their skills and mental acumen are very limited.
My review obviously stuck a nerve with you.

Based on your Yelp reviews, you aparently have problems with poor service everywhere you go!
