I purchased 4 Treadwright Warden tires on November 3, 2017.  I put these tires on a 2016 RAM 2500.  Its a truck I only drive occasionally.  In April 2018, I had a tire that the tread seperated from the casing.  I file a claim with Treadwright on May 3 2018. and they readily agreed that it was a valid warranty clain.  They printed shipping labels, emailed me all of the information that said I would be getting a replacement tire.  After three weeks, I called the number listed on their website, it took about 10 times to finally get through to speak with someone.  I spoke with a person named Tan Ngu, he told me that the Wardens were not being made at the present time because of some manufacturing issues.  I tried calling back a couple days later, and no answer.  I used the phone at work to call, and got through, (seems as though they have caller ID).  At this time he told me he would have to contact engineering to see when they possibly would be made. I asked for an email confirmation on a date.

Sincerely, Tan     This is what I received, on May 18,2018.     I never received an email from either Tan or from the Engineer that he emailed.   I tried calling again, and as of August 21, 2018 I haven't been able to be in Phone contact with them.   In the meantime however, I found an email link that I used to contact them and a guy named Michael Matthews,    Now here is a real piece of Customer Service work.  Lots of one line emails. On June 28,2018 he answered my email telling me that they have not been making that size, he will notify me once they ship or replace it with another style.  I reply, no thanks I would like all 4 of my tires to match. Would they consider replacing all 4 since they are not making the Wardens at that time. His reply, "Not unless you want to paay for 3 and I'll throw a 4th in for free".  Well Michael, that doesn't quite sound like a very good deal to me, I bought 4 from you, and 1 is bad. I offered to send them all back and accept a different style and the reply I got back this time is "If you buy a new set,(4 tires)we will throw in a free spare".

This is nuts, over 3 months, and nothing.  Now he won't even answer my emails. I can only say that never wil I buy Treadwright tires, and I work with people who have purchased them and due to the treatment I have received, they are no longer purchasing them.  I guess their business is so good that they don't need little ol me for business. Undoubtablt Treadwright has some one spend a lot of time writing positive reviews for their product and Customer service, because I haven't seen any of it.  And if you really get to digging, you will find that there are quite a lot of negative reviews out there for them.  I for one will be posting my negative reviews in all the places that I can find.  This has been a nightmare all over 1 tire. I was really looking forward to a good experience when I purchased these tires, but that went South pretty quick. As well, my truck has a severe vibration that developed immediately after mounting the tires on the truck.  It's still there after removing the tire that lost its tread, so I don't hold much hope that the other 3 are going to perform any better.
