Trend Micro They charge your credit card for renewals even after being notified not to renew. To cancel you have to talk to "hajib" in india, and he wants to get in to your computer to cean up any problems. I did NOT HAVE computer problems I had a billing idiot problem with Trend Micro, which was confusing to hajid,. Cupertino California
Trend Micro is a rip off, they bill you even after you requested not to renew your virus scanner. To tale care of the billing you talk to hajid in indian and he doesn't understand refund, he wants t scan your computer for problems I had no problem wth my computer, my problem is with the Trend micro and their idots that do the billing.

I could not reply under ex employee because I the offshoot of the company is BestBuy. Ripoff Report needs an option to reply under DBA, doing business as in the rebutal section. Anyway, most of the problems your having is actually Best Buy. I know this because I used to work for them. Buy a pc and use geeksquad services and what you paid them to protect you from or remove they put on your PC so you have no choice but to pay them. When you buy an auto renewal trend micro, and I seen this too after a cards been stopped that somehow Trend got the new number to rebill by autobilling when next cycle came around. Way this happens is when you go back to best buy, just about everyone has signed up for rewards program so moment you swipe the new card and it connects with rewards that info is updated in the data base and Trend has it. Most people will believe or blame it all on trend or digital river and they want you to think that. But in reality its BestBuy behind the reins. Why do you think BestBuy offers those rewards in the first place? Those services are their bread and butter and they even state this at their meetings. That $5.00 gift card that they gave out is to get you to come back and buy more so they can offer more services/thefts and moment they have your new credit card all those on auto renew suddenly get hit with $120 charge for a product that sells most places for $30. Trend and Best Buy are one of the same and were told to offer trend over any other. I'm sure the lists larger, and again I do know all the auto billing problems mostly starts with BestBuy. I even saved a DVD that's used by them, programmed by them that clearly shows the same items they charge you to remove are put on by the same people. Even trend auto billing.
