Felicia Wycoff did not fill my order for storage tins from TRENDY PRINCESS. Her website advises that orders may take up to 30 days to be shipped and received, HOWEVER she promptly processed my payment.
After 30 days I e-mailed Trendy Princess as per the instructions on the website. I did not receive a response. A second e-mail went unanswered. I have logged over 40 phone calls to the number listed on the website and no one has ever answered the phone. There is no answering machine or message system.
As per the Trendy Princess website, a claim may be filed with PayPal within 60 days of the initial transaction. Approaching the 60 days I contacted PayPal only to find out their policy is within 45 days!! Felicia Wycoff is intentionally misleading her customers so they have little or no recourse.
This company operates under several other websites: GaGa4Glitter.com, CrystalsandRhinestones.com, NailCharmShop.com, BodyLiteCandles.com, YourCellIsBlinging.com. Different owner names may be attached to these sites however the contact information is exactly the same for each. DO NOT ORDER FROM ANY OF THESE WEBSITES!
