 So I ordered hair from this place from there stolen Videos and pictures. They do not own any of these pictures are research. The hair is nothing like what's being advertise. Nothing at all. Upon Arrival the hair had very bad smell Even after washing serveral times the scent would not go away. When I contacted them about my issue no one is responding to my emails or calls. This company is a scam. They do not return phone calls or emails messages I was forced to install this hair because I had and event and that made matters even worst. The hair matted right away. I couldn't get my fingers through the hair at all! Oh let's not talk about shedding!! Right not my hair looks thin like I only have one bundle in when I ordered 4!! You have been warned! Very bad company.

 I placed an order on August 6th with this company I have been emailing and trying to get them to respond to my Facebook messages about my order that I desperately need by August 17th as of today I have not gotten a response I paid $210 using my credit card I need my money refunded to me by Monday August 15th so that I can seek out a local supplier and have my product by August 17th I have a very important formal event that I have to attend and I need good quality hair for that event they have yet to respond and I cannot trust that my product will be delivered to me in time since they are not answering any of my emails or Facebook messages this company is a scam and it ripped off and I want my money refunded to me by Monday August 15th or I will be seeking legal counsel.

We have no record of a customer with this name and have receieved NO emails regarding hair quality.  If a customer has an issue with hair quality and it is an error on our part, we do, and have issued full refunds.  This is noted in our terms of service.  We have every reason to believe this "complaint" is invalid and libel.  

 

We are easily accessible via our social media pages, and are responsive via email given the high number of emails we get on a daily basis.  As stated before, this is a false statement made to defame and tarnish our brand image. Efforts to defame and publish false statement sthat is damaging to a person's/company's reputation are not to be taken lightly.
