 Placed an order from this company and despite committing to 4-5 day shipping times, the order was received an entire two months later. This was my first time and I based my decision to purchase on the rave reviews posted on their site, Instagram, and Facebook page. I now know these reviews are fraudulent. Contacted customer service to inquire about order and received a canned response, nothing specific to my order. A month or so later we needed to place another order to create more wigs for a show production so we placed the order with a two month buffer knowing their slow ship times. Additionally we assumed the items were in stock since they were listed as available on the site. The order was never processed. They took the funds but never sent the order. Additionally customer service was contacted several times via email and Facebook where they claim to be responsive but they are not. We finally had to purchase from another retailer. We used the product from the first order and the product from the new retailer. The wigs created with the product from Tres Obsession kept matting and tangling while we were creating the wigs whereas the product from the other retailer was perfect. The product they advertised was not what was delivered. It was less than dog hair. We requested a refund several times with no response. We finally had to dispute it with our credit card company and Shopify. The final insult was their refusal to return communication with our bank which meant we had to wait out 90 days for the dispute to close. These people are THE WORST. A transaction advertised to take 4-5 days took five months.
