 I ordered 3 bundles of hair and one lace front frontal from this company on August 13, 2016. Something made me look up the company maybe two hours later. I saw the rip off report and got scared. First I emailed the company and tried to cancel the order because that is what it says to do in the confirmation email. Next I called my credit card company and asked them to cancel the transaction. My credit card company said that they have to wait for it to go through before I cancel it. So I did this and still tried to call and email the company for a few weeks. About 3 weeks later the company finally contacted me via email stating that they have just sent me order. I wrote them back again stressing that I cancelled the order the same day within 2 hours of ordering it and that I didn't want their hair. Still no response from this company at all. Yesterday I get a letter in my mail from my credit card company stating that they have reveresed the account credit they gave me because TRESS OBSESSION said they sent me the items. Today is October 15, 2016. I have never received anything more than an email from them. Once when I first ordered stating that my order was placed. The second email was when I emailed to cancel and it was an automatic response saying I would be contacted in 1 to 2 business days and the last email was telling me that they shipped me something. This company has done nothing but lie and rip me off of $356.00.
