Tri United has to be the worse dealership to be around! And here is my personal story of what they have done to me and family! Well my husband had bought a mustang from them back in Febuary and even though I had read bad reviews and I had warned him but he chose to purchase this car due to it being a mustang GT and was one he always wanted. Well during the sale we bought the extanded waranty which at the time he had explained was a great add one and one that will come in handy if like the motor was seize or like if the transmission was to go out and things along the lines of these kind of problems, so we dropped down 2,500 hundred plus TTL and drove home and then the next day it started to break down. The gages stopped working, the motor was making funny noises, the heater didnt work and there was an electrical problem with the windows and the button to move down the roof since it was a convertable as well! We called and compained but they gave us the run around and kept hanging up on us and the manager was always to busy flirting with the young attractive girls to even care, which by the way he actually over passed us to help these two young females so that right there should have been a sign! Anyways after we called an tried to set up a time to bring the car in they kept giving us the run around. One week after having the car the motor actually was falling out of the car in pieces on the Highway and was so embarrassing to have to pick up all the pieces infront of afternoon traffic!! Well we call the dealership again and again the run around so we kept calling for 1 1/2 more weeks finally we towed the car to them and dropped it off asked them to fix it and call us when they where done and they said fine well almost two months went by and our bank sent us a paper informing us they placed the car under our credit as a forfit and repo well we called Tri united and the manager said he sold that car to another customer after they fixed it and it isnt his problem!! I was so P-Offed that I honestly wanted to get a lawyer and sue them for selling us a lemon and stealing our money which now we have a repo of a vehicle that wasn't even worth the price they sold it to us! This dealership is way beyond crooked they are money hungry and dont care about ruining peoples credit or lives! Everyone who works there dont give a d**n about the customers, the accountants, car salesmen, detailers, managers, mechanics, and OWNERS!! Save your money and your pride and go to a better dealership like George Scott Motors or Tejas Motors! ... IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT IS ESPECIALLY FROM TRI-UNITED!!

“dropped it off asked them to fix it… almost two months went by and our bank sent us a paper informing us they placed the car under our credit as a forfit and repo”
The car was considered abandoned and therefore repossessed because you failed to honor your payment obligation as outlined in the financial agreement. The financial agreement was not conditional as to the operational status of the vehicle.
“vehicle that wasn't even worth the price they sold it to us”
You agreed to the purchase price so the market value of the car is not relevant.
“we bought the extanded waranty”
If the vehicle malfunctions were covered under the terms of the written warranty, you forfeited the warranty coverage by failing to maintain your payments.
