In 2010 at age 22 my husband and i were buying our first car and we came to tri-united. we had gotten a 2001 jeep and within a month the motor cracked.so we took it back and since we financed it i would not leave there without another car so we took home a 2005 Malibu maxx and just like the other car within a month the transmission went out well we took it to a mechanic and they had it for 6months because i didn't have the money to get it out and on top of making those payments i had to make the car payment. well once we got it back a couple months later the shifts didn't wanna work so the car would only go in reverse,we fixed it and now my fuel pump had a hole in it which had been there since i got it so i have to buy that now. For my husband and i just starting off being married having a child a purchasing our first car i thought that would be awesome but no its been a nightmare having to deal with this crap. we now have had this car for 1year and 10months i still have 2years and 2 months to pay on it which is over $7000.00 left to pay so yeah i hate tri-united and i don't recommend them to anyone they have caused my family nothing but problems and this is our only car we have and its broken again...
