My car was towed by Tri-Valley Towing in Dublin on Sunday at 6pm. The car was parked in front of our garage about 1 foot away from the door so it wouldn't obstruct anything or block anybody. About 3 feet of the front of the car was in the red zone. Anyway, it was a super bowl night and our complex was full of cars that don't belong there and all of the parking places were taken. The closest parking was about 2 miles away by Lucky , where you are not supposed to park anyway. 10 minutes later, when we found out that my car is missing we called the towing company. They told us, if we pick up the car the same night, we will pay 420 dollars because there is after hours fee. But if we pick up a car the next day, it would be for less money. Next morning when I called them, they told me that I have to pay 400 dollars in cash if I want my car back. Even though they accept visa,master, and debit cards. When I came for my car and I wanted to pay with my debit card, they refused to give me car. The lady raised her voice for no reason in the second sentence and was extremely rude. After about 5 minutes she called the cops because we wouldn't pay cash. It's clear those people just care about ripping people off of their money, they could have at least knock on the door and told us we need to re-park somewhere else (even though there was NO ELSE place to park). The gate was right there by the car. Of course the owner doesn't care, he said on the phone his job is tow the car away. That night they towed away 5 cars!!!. I RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE WHERE ALL YOU SEE IS DISRESPECT, RUDENESS, HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE, AND SO OVER PRICED SERVICES!!!
