So Triad repossesses the car, and I send the deficiency balance to debt management, and this is accepted. So I know that they know I'm there.

Meanwhile months before the repo they got ahold of my bank account numbers. So they keep making up fresh new check numbers and submitting checks, overdrawing my account. I keep calling and getting told "There's no record." They want me to fax them MORE information about my bank account in order to stop. Why? All I want them to do is stop what they're doing with my bank account, but they say they need to "research" this.

I guess what I'm going to have to do now is basically close that bank account for good. I got pretty hot under the collar at customer service who basically accused me of lying. Um. Hello. I'm not asking you to "reverse" any charges as the "checks" keep getting returned. I just want you to _stop_ what _you're_ doing, so whaaaat exactly would I have to gain by lying? Could it be that you're just too lazy a*s of a customer service representative to look into it yourself? Why yes. Yes it could. Having been in customer service I'd think the next step would be to call the payment center and ask wtf, but that's just me. Not tell me to give you MORE confidential information to misuse.

Any lawyers out there who want to contact me to add me to any sort of lawsuit, /feel free/. I'm so furious right now. This isn't about the 97 calls per day, though I lived through that. This isn't about having one of their representatives call me a "deadbeat b***h" on a call. I overextended on that car loan. No ifs, ands, or buts. I convinced myself that the only reliable car I as a single mother could swing was the certified used car at $352 a month. But that doesn't mean you get to continue hitting a bank account that I have repeatedly informed you that isn't getting money put into it long after the fact and long after I have taken steps to secure the deficiency balance and make sure you get paid on it. That doesn't mean I deserve to be stolen from or have fraudulent checks made out so that my bank account gets overdrawn. I'm doing everything I can to get out of debt as fast as I can, having learned my lessons. This is just over the top and completely wrong.
