Triad Financial Ripoff Dishonest and RUDE Huntington Beach California
I recently purchased a vehicle and used Triad Financial via their Roadloans.com website.
This is absolutely the worse company I have ever dealt with! Unbelievable!
For one, if you payment is one or two days late, they will start ringing the phone off the hook looking for their payment. No grace time, nothing. Explaining to these people gets you no where... Their customer service reps must be prisoners on work release, because They know NOTHING and are very very RUDE.
Next, I pay my bills online. Triad doesn't have online bill pay. They want you to pay their check by phone or use Western Union and pay THEIR surcharge.
Unfortunately this month they manage to conveniently lose my payment. After a week of calling them trying to find the check, finance charges were building up. I was told to fax them a copy of my Bank Statements and Bill Pay voucher proving the money was sent. My Bank even called and tried to work this out. AND STILL I RECIEVE DAILY HARRASING PHONE CALLS.
I can get no one (any type of decision maker) to tell me if I need to cancel the bill pay and send in another payment. These customer service reps are absolutely worthless.
I finally sent an email to all the execs: Email addresses below (someone else will need it):

Finally after sending an email to the above people and another conference call with my bank, they decided to wave all but 5$ of the finance and late charges. I don't believe this is over YET, I think once they find the check they will try to cash it and I will get returned check fees!
My advice, AVOID Triad Financial at all cost!

i have dealt with triad as well *NIGHTMARE* I LIVE IN OKLAHOMA CITY and you are right they suck. I HAD A 2 OR 3 LATE PAYMENTS PHONE STARTS TO RING 4 TO 6 TIMES IN A ROW!! THEN AFTER USEING WESTERN UNION QUICK PAY I STILL GOT A RUDE PHONE CALL....... 2ND TIME I WAS LASTE BY 4 DAYS SOME SCUM BAG REPO MAN SHOWS UP ON MY DOOR STEP.HE SAYS YES HERE TO TAKE THE FORD PROBE I AM REPERSENTING TRIAD...I SAID SO F**ki** WHAT CAR IS GOING NO WHERE.....I PAID MY LATE PAYMENT HERE IS THE RECIPT FROM WESTERN UNION QUICK PAY...NOW LEAVE OR GO TO JAIL..THEN AFTER I MADE PAYMENT I CALLED THEM THE LADY SAYS OH HE CAME TO YOUR HOUSE? I SAID YES,THEN SHE SAYS OHH DID HE GET THE CAR? I SAID NO WHAT DO YOU MEAN NO? I SAID NO....HE DID NOT I SENT HIM DOWN THE ROAD WITH A VERBAL WARNING AND REMINDER HOW HE CAN GET HIS a*s KICKED IF HE COMES BACK....... SHE SAYS U CANT SAY THAT AND NEXT TIME GIVE UP THE CAR...I DO NOT THINK SO..I TOLD HER SHE WAS RUDE AND A IDIOT AND FAT POS.......I WOULD NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN.... THEY SUCK AND YES THEY ARE VERY RUDE!!! THEY DO NOT CARE OR DO THEY GIVE ANY GRACE TIME...
