triad financial

Is like a bad disease. Their unfair call tactics are ridiculous, they call over & over again non-stop, in my case my payments are due on the 15 of every month if on the 16 triad do not have the payments the calls are continue without stop. They not only call me at home but at work as well to the point that have even contacted c-workers without my authorization to ask about me and that I am behind on payments, that's an invasion of privacy, today I have received a letter saying that if I don't pay they will take further legal actions that I am on default of my loan.. ??? To be on default you have to be at least over 3 months late.. The only month due according to my records is March. But still they say that I am late, I have requested to sip a month payment back in October 2005

And guess what, they say that they never got my fax request.. Still they say that I have to pay since they didn't receive that fax

I have re-faxed the request again today I have also asked them not to call me anymore that any future contact have to be done in writing via mail.. Their tactics are so unfair that it has cause a very dramatic increase of stress in my life.

I feel that at any moment they can come and take the car away even if you are up-to-date with payments

They are rude!!

I am willing to join on the class action suit against them we need to stop these guys for continue their unfair scare practices

Just a bit of advise. Since part of the Legal Departments job consists of writing rebuttals to the many victims of Triad, I just wanted to advise you that if you decide to make any contact with Traid do so in writing and not over the phone. Traid would't know the truth if it came up and slapped them inthe face. Leave a paper trail only, no phone contact. It will do you no bit of good in court. If they call make sure it is recorded. If you do decide to record, make sure you live in a state that allows you tjo tape without Triad knowing. If not, you will have to advise them the call is recorded. But having this written out on paper is more effective in court. Read the other posts, you will notice that a class action is in the works. Please be patient and at some point, you should be contacted for your input and evidence. Remember, IN WRITING!!!!!!!!!!!
