Triad Financial In Texas ripoff, liars, cheats, rude and threatening San Antonio Texas
I am so glad that I have found this site. It's good to see that other people are having the same issues with these idiots that I have had.
On December 22nd, I was in a car accident and I totaled my car. Due to a snafu with the Insurance company, I only had liability, and not full coverage, thus they only paid what the car was worth, and not what was owed on the loan.
I called Triad to explain this to them and the woman on the phone simply said "Well I don't know what we are supposed to do about it, you owe us this money or we are going to take the car." I chuckle and explain to them that the car is totaled, and is sitting in a junkyard, that if they really want it fell free to go get it. I get the insurance settlement check and send it to triad for a little over 1200 dollars and they have conveniently "lost" it. My insurance company called me on Friday to state that the check they cut for triad was cashed 3 weeks ago BY TRIAD!!!
At this point, I am refusing to talk to them, I will not answer the phone. Especially after the last person accused me of lying about my accident (yeah I sent you three copies of a police report via certified mail just to really mess with you).
