TRICON PRECAST LTD GILBERT FLORES Refusing to pay $ 150,000 in freight charges. We provided over 171 trucks for four projects all over the nation. We delivered every single load, and when it came time to pay, they became non responsive. The balance is now over 120 days old and they refuse to provide even a payment status. HOUSTON TEXAS
Gilbert Flores is refusing to pay his outstanding bills. The whole office is on this scam to receive goods or services and then not pay their debts.

We will see you in court soon, and we will post the verdict on Ripoff Report, and you will have to eat the words of your rebuttal. How do companies stay in business that do this regularly. That's right you take goods and services, and then don't pay for them.
I know there are many other local businesses in the Houston area that have gone through the same thing with your failure to pay your debts. Again, see you in court soon.

This is a lie. Tricon Precast doesn't ship all over the nation. We have licensees that cast for Tricon Precast all over the nation. It is odd that this false complaint was posted and then I (an employee) receives an email from someone offering to remove this complaint for a fee.
Please see attached email. The person that wrote this complain is a con artist. Beware; this is illegal, defamation, slanderous and harrassment!
