I hired Bill Engle to design a small commercial project in San Diego, and his firm TriEngle took my money and did not deliver on the promises. He then refused to make me whole on our agreement. His level of skill is not appropriate for commercial projects. I also think he should get updated training in CAD so that he can be more accurate with his work.
