Time Warner Cable subscribers BEWARE! If you get a "promotional offer" ... for an Xbox or a Gift Card, you may not receive it ... and you possibly may end up on the phone calling to check the status of those promised offers ... only to get a total RUN-AROUND from the Gift Card fulfillment company contracted to send out the Gift Card.
That fulfillment company -- TRISTAR FULFILLMENT at 888-977-8985 -- "supposedly" sent out my Gift Card (5 months after it was supposed to have been sent out. Then, they deemed that it was sent but "lost" so they approved a reissue of a Gift Card. 4 months later ... STILL NO GIFT CARD. Their CSRs are polite -- but completely unhelpful. Their response is "your card is in process" ... or "you should receive that in a few more weeks, we can't tell you exactly when you'll receive it", etc.
I have NEVER felt compelled to fill out a ripoff report ... until now. I also will be filing a report with the Better Business Report, and sending a letter to Time Warner Cable.
