Tronix Country advertised several electronic equipment promotions TV, which I optioned a computer and the promotion equipment would be a smaller TV and camcorder, printer, and ipad. They withdrew monies from my bank twice a month and increased the amount in the first month promising to deliver merchandise sooner. That was in October of 2011.  I didn't rceive equipment by December and they refused to refund my money.  They will give store credit. i asked them if i didn't like the customer service in the first place why would I want to continue dealing with them in store credit.

I started back allowing them to remove money twice a month thinking maybe I'll get the computer and go on with my life. The computer was to be a Christmas present for my daughter, who needed for college.  They continued to withdraw money from my account by March I still had not received any equipment. They were asking me to refax same forms over and over, saying they couldn't receive faxes well. This is an electronics company who cannot receive faxes.  I would like to file a class action lawsuit other interested parties please respond.

well its like this we called tronix country to get a 50" plasma tv and we did recieve the tv it worked for 5 hours then the tv went black we just got the tv on the 25 of april 2012  we called tronix company they didnt want to help us so we call the company name on the tv which is LG and they sent a repair man to see what the problem was the first repair man came thursday april 26 2012 and said they had to replace the i gues its called the mother board

so the repair man came back today april 28th 2012 and he still couldnt get a picture so now the repair man said he has to replace the panel of the tv we paid almost $800.00 on this tv and we still cant watch it for another week thats how long its gonna take to get fixed tronix country sent us a tv that only worked for 5 hours grrrrrrrrrrrrr tronix also promise us free gifts and we didnt recieved any of the free gifts yet i so mad  please help
