Tropical Pools, Mountainside Services, Edward Marra and Edward Marra Jr. took $25,000. for a pool and left our yard in shambles they are thiefs. Stroudsberg Pennsylvania
Patricia lee is the C.E.O. Christy L. marra is also invoved...the father Ed Sr. The son Ed Jr Marra, jason (which i will reveel in court, married with an infant) and milton (Also will be reveeled in court) have totaly ripped me off.
I contracted with them 5/31/06 for a fiberglass pool. This pool was to be completed by 7/31/06. As I already had an inground pool in my yard It should not have been a problem. They took my money and left my yard a mess. Call me and I will show you the pictures of my yard 8 months later....It has been 8 months since the contract was signed!!
The job is not close to complete. They took my money and under the consumer fraud act I am intitled to 3 time damages... at this point, DAMAGES ARE over 90,000. The marras are fraudulent!! All of them!!
I AM GOING AFTER ALL PERSONAL PROPERTY OF THE FATHER AND I WILL SUE CHRISTY, PATRICIA AND jR....i WILL LIEN HIS/THEIR PROPERTY!! do not do buisness with these people!!!
